Lindsey's Love

This light, decadent Strawberry Chocolate Ganache cheesecake is made with a fresh strawberry puree, and baked on an Oreo crust covered with a made from scratch strawberry sauce. Topped with same strawberry sauce hidden under a chocolate ganache and decorated with chocolate dipped strawberries, this cheesecake speaks love.

Named after my sweet Lindsay, the first college student I discipled, The Lindsay’s Love cheesecake made it’s debut at Lindsay’s engagement party. Due to the light pink color and lightness of this cheesecake, the Lindsay’s Love was said to look like “Love is in the air”.
