The "Candy G." Cane

The “Candy G.” Cane is a peppermint bark twist on my classic elegant. This white chocolate cheesecake is topped with a creamy, white chocolate ganache, filled with Ghiradelli White Chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate pieces and candy cane pieces is baked on a candy cane Oreo Crust. Decorated with a beautiful hand piped white chocolate Christmas tree this holiday, candy cane pieces, and hand made white chocolate curls then topped with fresh whipcream this holiday cheesecake will have you dancing down Candy Cane Lane.
